Our U12 program is run with 11 to 12 kids per team, playing a 9 versus 9 game including a goalkeeper. All the laws of the game apply. They will have a practice and a game night. Coaches and Referees are trained volunteer parents, everyone must volunteer for the Season to operate. About the Division: You will be assigned to only one night of play, either of the two shown below. If you CANNOT play on a particular night, or if a LOCATION is PREFERRED, please designate so on your REGISTRATION FORM. Gender Night of Play Location Boys Tuesdays Sportscore One Girls Thursdays Sportscore One Equipment needed: Ball Size: 4 Shin Guards (Mandatory, and worn under socks) Soccer Shoes, Tennis Shoes or similar Athletic Shoes The philosophy of the organization is to educate and develop young people by encouraging their interest and participation in soccer through it’s “Everyone Plays”, “Open Registration”, “Balanced Teams”, “Positive Coaching” and “Good Sportsmanship” Concepts. Every effort will be made to balance team strengths within any one age division, within a reasonable geographic area. We are now utilizing a computer program in the formation of all teams.
